    The lady in the store i guess she might be the manager bcz thats what the cashier told me, but he didnt shared her name(she was with specs). Anyways she was veryyyy rude.. like she owns the store. We were fitting some shoes and she told in a very bad manner and rude way that we are making the store mess. Seriously lady? Who you think you are? Serve customers and stop showing attitude. Give respect and take respect. Please change her from this store or eventually you will lose customers. She was showing attitude rude face and very bad manner whole time. Give her some training. Also it’s not a museum to just view shoes. We need to try that. Was very polite and nice with her and she was worst in return.

    Served by a veryyyyy RUDE LADY. Guess the manager of the store with specs. She thinks she is the owner of the shop and don’t have a basic sense how to treat customers. Stop showing your attitude to customers you are here to provide better service to them as well. Stop unwanted rude comments to customers. We started hating the shop bcz of her. Keep your attitude and rude behaviour aside while you are working at the store. Don’t lose customers. Annoying character. Show some good manners

    2 days ago I buyed jacket Canada zavati from jd store and today I go jd store and say them plz give me my refund bcz I don’t want keep this jacket one lady was there Chinese lady she blamed me uh u Wear this jacket we will give uh refund back she was very rude and she call manager she is also Asian I think Indian she rude to and racist she said we will not give uh refund back if uh don’t want keep jacket we will through in bin and we will not give un refund back I was very disappointed about that lady Upon approaching the staff to explain the reason for my refund request, I felt that the response was dismissive. Their tone was condescending and lacked the courtesy expected in a customer service environment. - While I appreciate the range of products offered at JD Store in Luton, the rude behavior of staff members significantly detracted from my experience. By addressing these issues through training and support, the store can create a more welcoming environment for all

    Last week Saturday I went into JD sports Luton I order a trainers online I realise they Send me the wrong size. I order a size 10 But I was sent out a size 6 I thought to myself no problem. I will just bring it into the store to exchange it. Explain to the manager on the footwear section that I have a size 6 trainers. but I want a size 10 so if he has any in store. he told me to go to the tills because they do not have a size 10 in store but maybe they could order me the correct size I was trying to explain to this Chinese lady she was so rude she made me feel like I stole the trainers, then she’s not going mad at me for ordering the wrong size which I told her that they must be a glitch in the system because I order a size 10 and they send me a size 6. It should’ve only been a simple exchange. but she Shouting at me Why you order a 6.

    First experience at JD Sports and it wasn’t a good one. We went to pick up trainers that we had ordered. The Asian Chinese lady told us to wait for someone to bring them out to us. 15 minutes later and nothing. We asked her again and she looked perplexed. She went to the back and bought the trainers for us. So the moral of the story is not to be a muppet and believe what they say. Harass the staff who are standing around doing jack all to get some service.

    Good range of top brand shoes and nice big store, but the issue is the lack of organisation, which is what kills it. I found a relatively expensive pair of shoes I liked, so walked around hardly finding anyone, when I finally did I asked to get another size for me to try on, but they told me to wait for the main fitter to come over to me. I just proceeded to wait around sitting on a stool for ages for no one to appear or even to talk with on the men's side of the store. This is because there is literally one female staff member in charge of that role for around 10 customers, not a very smart setup. Waste of a store if they can't get even 2 or 3 people on that role. Also saw two young workers stood near the door with their hands in their pockets like security guards, chatting away. I'm not blaming them but obviously the manager is completely useless to have staff arranged this ridiculous way, why not actually put more workers on fitting, which would speed everything up. Their loss now in terms of that branches earnings, instead I'm going to order a home delivery from JD sports online for the same shoes. In future I will just go to browse shoes, try them myself and buy them online. Much less time wasting with that approach.

    Worst experience staff is very rude they give you defective piece and when you go to store to exchange they said it's wore. Don't buy any product from this store

    Very bad customer service experienced from one of the lady store manager.Rude behaviour. I went to return my shoes as the given me the different pair of shoes. That is there mistake and behaved rudely.

    There was unprofessional and rude Indian lady on till. I was there to change my shoe and i talked with customer service guy there, he inspected my shoe , checked the receipt and told me it's OK you can change the shoe. I selected another shoe in same price range and told him. He asked me to go to counter and he will bring the new shoe. Then he brought new shoe and when I went to counter there was girl with scarf she said in a harsh way, you will not be entertained here go to the last counter. There was another lady on last counter she told me to wait eventhough she was not busy at all. I told her shoe is on counter and you just have to change it what are you waiting for. She again told me to wait. I waited there for 15 minutes and mean while she was talking with another JD guy. Then atlast she said OK give me your old shoe and receipt. She opened the shoe box, i told her your JD guy has already inspected it and he told me you can change it. She said no i will check it again, then she said I will go to manager to take his permission to change it. Then she came back and said we cannot change it and we cannot refund you because you have used it. I told her I used it inside house and its not comfortable that's why I wanna change it. She started arguing with me and then that indian look like lady came. She talked with me in a very rude and harsh way. She has no professional mannerism to talk with customer. She said only I can decide which shoe can be replaced. Little woman with big ego. Then almost all JD staff gang up there. That lady has a pathetic behaviour and sick mentality with zero common sense. She continued arguing with me, it was like a war for her which she has to win at every cost. I left the shoe on counter and told them keep the shoe and money, I will keep my dignity.
