I visited this H&M store and had the worst and disappointing experience. I had a genuine issue that I wanted help with, but the staff on the tills seemed inexperienced and were unable to assist, so they called for the old lady store manager. She immediately refused to provide any service without even asking what the issue was. She accused me of trying to do something fraudulent and told me to take it to the store I bought it in instead of here. I was shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive she was. I wasn’t even given a chance to explain the situation. The way she handled it was completely inappropriate. I visited as a customer and expected the same courtesy and respect any customer would receive. This kind of behaviour doesn’t reflect the H&M values that employees are taught to uphold.

if i could give it no stars i would. the rude old lady as manager shouts at everyone and has no respect for anyone. probably why she is manager of luton because she won’t get accepted anywhere else with her horrible attitude. staff accepting and encouraging this disgusting behaviour baffles me if i worked there i’d immediately report her. she should probably retire, would be better for the company image!

Very noisy and unpleasant to be in. Changing rooms unavailable in the whole store. The so called manager didn't seem to care much about customers being unsatisfied.

disappointed with the service at the Luton H&M, especially on the kids' floor. Something fell nearby to me, it wasn't anything I was carrying, and I didn't drop it. The staff started pulling faces and making remarks, acting as if I was responsible and had just left the items there. I had nothing to do with it and had said to her, they’re not my items nor was I carrying them, just because they fell near me doesn’t mean I threw them on the floor?Yet she still felt the need to tell me I had thrown them on the floor. I don’t ever degrade staff and would never throw something on the floor just because I don’t want it, to be accused of this is a joke when I evidently never touched the items. Disgusting behaviour and disgusting staff. They really need to correct their behaviour and avoid accusing customers without any basis.

Some of the products are overly priced. Poor customer service. Clean environment. Easy to navigate.

Clean and convenient location within Bromley Shopping centre. Situated over three floors and the layout is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and what I really like is the tills to pay on every floor is available

Very good shop with all clothings for men, women and kids. You can recycle clothing for discounts and the shop's sustainability in clothing is amazing.

Great quality products, both mens (recently discovered in luton) and womens. Prices are decent. Free membership with regular money off or percentage off deals.

There was NO fitting room in the men section, you just had to get naked right there!! Also, it's like there is absolutely no staff working there. Nobody around to ask a simple question. Overall a terrible terrible experience and waste of time. Also, the women fitting room closes an hour before the store itself, so for the last hour you can only buy clothes without trying it!!

This is my go-to H&M, it has a great selection of styles (both smart and casual) whilst also being much more quiet than Oxford Street. I always find what I need there, for every occasion and in my size. There is a lift which makes access much easier when I'm with the buggy.
