   I am not allowed to leave another review for some reason so I am editing my old one. Yet another great service, great quality uniform. My daughter is autistic so she needs soft good quality soft material not the scratchy stuff. We buy a lot of uniform so the friendly service is a bonus! Another year of brilliant service very quick turnaround (delivered same day) and good quality clothing. Thank you so much!

   I'm leaving this review after a truly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely ignored. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than in assisting customers. When I finally managed to ask for help, the response was dismissive and unhelpful and their body language was entirely unwelcoming. Good customer service is not just about being polite; it's about being proactive and genuinely helpful. This shop's staff provided neither. I left without making a purchase and won't be returning. A shame, because the products themselves looked interesting.

   Went in there to grab some uniform for my daughter who is starting High school in September. Was very impressed with the customer service by the two boys who were there. I didn't know my daughter's blazer measurements but they helped me out a bunch by allowing her to try some on and were very kind about it. Blazer quality seems very good and again fantastic customer service from the lads at the shop, would recommend.

   Went in there, two young’s boys barely served me more interested in their phones than to help people. Asked them a question and barely looks up from the phone and answers so just walked out. You guys need to go back to school and learn some manners

   This shop belongs to robbers. We place orders last and waited 3 months ,did not receive anything then luckily school gave us the reference otherwise the shop refused to give us our uniform This year ordered 3 to 4 months ago again online and didn't receive any confirmation email now they are denying that we ordered online. They take ur money and then blame u. I suggest that always complain to the school and if u buy personal stuff then dnt buy from them.

   Took my daughters school tops in yesterday to have the logo put on them, they did everything they could to make sure my daughter had her tops for school today! So happy with this service and could not thank them enough! They even delivered them to my door! Would definitely recommend!
