   Very happy with my visit today. Went in looking for a light weighted black dress suitable for a funeral with it being as hot as it is & came out with the perfect dress. Also bought something else & saw a few things that I'll be back for. I tried on the dress instore in the next size down to my usual size as it looked like it would fit & it was just right. I like the fact that you can go instore & try things on rather than mucking about ordering online & then having hassle if things don't fit. I found the store to have a great selection of all different clothes to suit everyone.

   I have been a really good customer over the years. Placed an order, told it was dispatched and had a Royal Mail tracking number. It did not arrive. Tried to contact them many times but no phone number available now. Finally got hold of someone via live chat to be told a mistake has been made. You have to wait up to 5 days for your money to be returned and re-order. What disgraceful service.
