Yesterday I visited the store to return an item which purchased in Aylesbury 10 days ago as receipt are sent via email mine had not arrived the lady was extremely helpful and the problem was addressed very quickly and satisfactory outcome thank you very much
I’m very unhappy in new look shop in Bicester, very uncomfortable with staff, they look at me like I’m going to steal something. All my clothes if from there I’m a very old costumer, I don’t know what is the problem, I understand some people are thiefs , but I’m not the only one complaining about this problem,so please stop be around people like we are criminal or something. Sô uncomfortable going there and having all the staff looking at me . They not even disguised.
This week at New look, has been just a ridiculous thing, I've been a customer for many years and I've also live in Bicester, and for some time now, I feel very uncomfortable with the looks of the employees, because they are certainly seeing or looking for who is stealing inside the store, but I can guarantee that it's not me, but the way they do it is very uncomfortable they look like vultures on top of the customers, and then they even use the radar to contact other stores to be attentive, because supposedly we can be thiefs, it wasn't just me that It happened. It's already happened to other people I know, I'll stop going to the store because it's really weird. I feel like I'm being judged or confused with someone.
The most miserable girl at the till that I experienced in a while… if you’re going to be so annoyed by me coming to the shop, find yourself not customer facing role maybe…?

Poor customer service. For the second time in a row staff forgot to remove the security tag from a skirt I bought from them and had to do another trip to the shop. Never buying anything from this place again.

Great shop, love everything they sell, overall one of my favourite shops!
Affordable clothing, shoes and bags are of moderate quality but for the price, one shouldn't complain. Staff are always friendly.
