   No Customer Service of any kind that warrants any good review. Purchased from their Store at Bicester Village and they refused a refund on an item and would only provide a Gift Card. When i mentioned my Statutory Rights and discuss other options, the Store Manager marched off like a little child saying she would not speak to me anymore as i was being aggressive. I had not even raised my voice or said anything that would warrant such a response. She had not even tried to speak any further about the situation. Shocking behaviour. I believe if you read the very negative reviews on TrustPilot and Facebook etc, you will understand more about the Customer Service of this company.

   Very friendly staff, nice store. However prices are disappointing, they used to be very good deals 5 years ago, but now I have seen some items selling for more expensive than online. I bought a pair of align shorts online for £24, last week (currently still available), see the same pair (same size, same 6” length, same exact colour) for £34 in store today.

   Update After just 1 week. My clothes have started to fall apart. Amy, one of the staff members in store needs training. Rude. That is how she is. Took a massive fight to get them to replace the poor quality item they provided me with. I've never had this EVER with any other brand. Fabulous Under Armour didn't have anything that fit. I walked in to Lululemon and spoke to an assistant. (I had never heard of the brand until today) It's Canadian (I was pretty much sold immediately) The quality and the service I received was amazing. The sales assistants (all of them) were extremely attentive and friendly. Looking after me. That's what I want when I'm shopping. Ideas and inspiration and that's why I left with over £200 worth of sports gear. The quality is also amazing. I'm so happy I've found them :) Thanks to all!

   Famous brand for yoga clothes and sports clothes. Always smell nice when entering the shop. Staffs are nice and helpful they help me for finding my size that might keep in stock. Quality is soft and durable for wash. Love this shop, will come back.

   I visited Lululemon last week and wow the service was impeccable. I was served by Holly and she was honestly the friendliest and the most knowledgeable when it came to Lululemon products! She guided me and advised me accordingly based on what I told her I needed. I was honestly so impressed with how organised the team were and how approachable they were. Thank you for allowing me to leave with a smile on my face :)

   Very nice store, and helpful and friendly staff. The original price is very expensive but with outlet is very cheap compared to the original price. As well, when I went today they had an additional 20% off the OUTLET price which is very good! A pair of leggings that usually costs 70/80 pound was reduced to 39 pounds and then reduced by 20% to 31 pound approximately I am very happy with my purchases and visit at this outlet store. I hope to come back soon!

   A well organised store for cloth and other accessories for men and women. Staff is friendly but product are costly. But price are reduced as compare to high street. Will come back again to buy.
