   Great experience on Boxing day. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the experience I had was so exceptional I felt I had to. Huge thanks to the Store Manager, Raynie! she was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient. Even on the busiest and most stressful day of the year, she went completely above and beyond to help us with our shoes selection. Thank you, Raynie! Your help made a world of difference and truly made our day.

   Our visit to this store was not pleasant. When we arrived, there was no crowd at the entrance, yet a staff member stopped us and asked us to go back and enter through a queue system. We followed her instructions politely. However, after entering, we observed that other customers were allowed to walk in directly without being told to queue. This inconsistency felt unfair and made us uncomfortable as customers. Due to this experience, we chose to leave the store without making a purchase. I hope the management looks into this and ensures equal treatment for everyone

   Have shopped here before, but today’s experience was a great one. While the shoe selection is not the largest, I did manage to find one pair of trainers that I liked in my size, (11.5) the sales assistant really helped and tried to search for alternatives for me. I was served by Yaping. She was both friendly and knowledgable making my shopping experience better.

   Staff is polite and helpful. Although in busy times it might take a while to get your size, I ended buying two shoes. Though only feedback, please allow people with kids to jump the que especially when the kids are sleeping on them and its raining. :)

   I bought 4 pairs of NB trainers. Was happy with the cost in the UK. Though the cost in the UK is 20 - 25 % higher than Japan. I Suspect even cheaper in the US, but I have not visited in many years, but doubt situation has changed.
