   Had one of the best customer experiences with a member of staff helping pick out 2 suits and helping guide exactly what to look for in a suit that fits perfectly, spending over 20mins getting the suits we liked delivered to our home within a tight deadline. Gutted that i forgot to catch the name of the member of staff ( I do remember he was a trainee pilot) but Thank you for the amazing service!!

   Went in to buy some shirts and Harley was incredibly helpful to me. Really patient taking measurements and finding the best solution for me given how soon I required the shirts, despite not having my exact size in stock. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

   We went to Bicester village on a very busy day due to the big sales and we bought two suits for our dad. We went to other stores where they were negligent and didn’t give us any care at all but Harley & Hayden went out of their way to tend to all of our needs and were very patient in answering all our queries. This was especially impressive due to the patience they had for every single customer. They both helped us with getting accurate measurements and gave recommendations for the best suit according to our needs. Couldn’t recommend this store enough, the best customer service in Bicester Village by far!

   Outstanding customer service from Hayden & Harley. Both of them were very friendly and patient in answering all our queries. Hayden stayed with us even after the closing time and helped us to sort our purchase. Harley showed great insight and knowledge in suit selection. Overall we had a great experience!!

   Good choice of clothes, reasonably affordable and somewhat cheaper than high street price. However, as other reviews have pointed out, often rude and unhelpful staff with complete lack of general manners let alone basic customer service. Avoid!
