The elderly woman working the pay desk register seems unaware that she works in the service industry and is quite rude and harsh towards customers. Outlet stores should employ polite and smiling staff. For example, the security guard who escorts customers in turns is very polite and maintains a pleasant atmosphere by interacting with people.
I had an incredible experience today. When I was buying something in a store, my wife just say can I have a receipt, but the salesperson 961269 actually spoke some vulgar words to us. After that, I asked the salesperson to be more polite because you are a service provider. After that, he didn't even say sorry, but just made some contemptuous expressions. It is simply unacceptable. I can't believe that I can have such a strange experience in an international brand store. I hope this brand can improve the channel business training for its employees. For the this time It makes me feel really embarrassed and like I am being racially discriminated against.
Most of the staff were very helpful except for the bloke working the till, felt very rushed by him

Went to Bicester Village factory outlet with family. A good day out with family. Plenty of restaurants to eat. Visited North-face was not too much rush , lot of varieties and good discounts

Nice shop, great selection of various items, good customer service. You can bag some real bargain here when lucky. I've managed to grab nice winter jacket for £120, same one being £240+ elsewhere.
Super retail experience. This is one of the better outlets in Bicester Village. The brand is the last word in ultra warm wear.
