Staff were really helpful and there are a few items on deep discount. Managed to get boots for all the family with around 40% off.
Sadly the 2 guys were chatting non stop, didn’t bother to come and ask if we needed help when we clearly wanted some boots and they were full price ( not from the outlet collection) the store only had 5 customers in at 4pm so it would not have been hard to even acknowledge us - we bought the boots, but customer service was really lacking, sadly…

Very busy. Good range of footwear and some clothes too. There are a few bargains to be had but still mostly typical Timberland prices.
Acrylic display cabinets outside were not created with utter professionalism, as the adhesive had bubbles evident. Hope their foootware skills are better.
