   I think I'm starting to get too old for Matalan: lots of stock, but only one thing caught my attention (and not enough to buy it). Apart from that, well laid out. It was just me, I think!

   This place is good. Wide selection of things, including tuxedos. The best thing is, you have an M and S, Next, TK maxx, river island etc next to it, so you can compare the stuff and buy according to need.

   No changing rooms!! Why?? Two kids with age sizing is always going to fail without changing rooms. Spent best part of £100 and now need to return several items due to not fitting properly. Please sort your changing rooms and make them available again like every other retailer on the High Street.

   Visited this shop twice in the last few months and I don't think we'll ever want to come back. It seems that, in a questionable bid to save money , they've permanently closed their changing rooms, so customers are forced either to buy stuff and try it on in the other shops' changing rooms, or to try it at home and bring it back for a refund. Let's face it, not everyone has time for that, not to mention the fact that forcing customers to make completely unnecessary car journeys is not the most environmentally-friendly strategy. Last time we were in this shopping centre we saw a lot of clothes we liked, but as we only come to Biggleswade every six months or so, we just did 90% of our shopping in the other shops instead. Secondly, why would you have the option of adding a paper bag enabled on your tills if you don't have any paper bags (as other reviewers have pointed out)? Ended up queueing for a £0.25 refund simply because we didn't want to hand a single free penny to this shop for the reason described above. It's a shame, as some of their clothes do look nice.

   As we lost ours locally I have to travel. But if you're buying clothes..well no changing rooms so you have to purchase then take into m&s toilets to try on.. not the most hygienic thing to do..and then if no good, or needed different size then return for refund.. put the changing room back where it can be manned

   Once again arrived at the store on a Saturday to the changing rooms being closed. I had about 18 items in my hands , spoke to a shop floor lady who said they were closed. I asked when they would re open and she said she didn’t no , probably not for the rest of the day. Why have a sale if you’re not allowing your customers to try items on? I had probably £150+ worth of items in my hands that I wanted to try on which your store member could clearly see and was willing to let me walk away empty handed. If you close your changing rooms please put a sign on the door or have the greeting person at the door tell people so we don’t waste our time.

   A massive lovely Matalan store in Biggleswade. This is the closest Matalan to St. Neots. Ample, free Car parking on the business park. I went here for a quick drop in to buy a white shirt and a bow tie. I found what I was looking for (secured a deal too) and got amazed be range of products they have to offer. If you love Matalan and around Biggleswade, you better not miss this store. Thank you Matalan!
