Store has clothes in all the wrong places. Sale rails without sale tickets on and items that are not actually on sale were spread all throughout the sale rails. Just made it really hard to shop properly.
6.8.2025 I found a pair of trainers for my daughter after an exhausting search. We asked shop staff for her size and found ourselves still sitting and waiting after 20 minutes for the staff member to return. I made a second enquiry to the manager and pointed out we’d now been waiting almost 30 minutes only be spoken too in rude ignorant tone. Quite clearly not management material and should be demoted. First and foremost “WE” the customers pay your salary so you’ll do well to remember that.
Staff were amazing today, especially the guy who helped me out. Super helpful, loved his jewellery, and honestly very easy on the eye too :)
Absolut the route staff don’t want to serve you that on the phone constantly very expensive as well Bad service this stuff needs training to how to speak to customers
Went in the other day and a really lovely girl who I think was named ella served me at the till. Took her time to help me find a tracksuit for my son’s birthday and order an item online as they didn’t have it in store. Would really recommend this store! :)
Always seem to have sales on but nothing is particularly cheap, store is a bit smaller than others I've visited also. 7/10
Went into store looking for some new trainers. Found a pair I like but they didn't have them in stock. Joe helped me get the size I needed through their computer in store and order the size I needed online. Great service, very tidy store even though its busy. 10/10 would recommend.
Picked up an Adidas hoodie which was clearly marked £45, the girl behind the counter scanned it and the price came up as £50, we queried this with the girl serving us and her answer was, oh we forgot to amend the price and was quite rude and dismissive with it, now, having worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years, I was appalled by this answer and behaviour, and will refrain from using this particular outlet again! This really needs to be addressed, I noticed that other members of staff were chatting amongst themselves, ignoring other customers that needed help, very poor all round in my opinion.
Large store but awful customer service, we got served by a very rude and arrogant girl. It got me so riled up we left with nothing. Very dusty too needs a good clean!
