   I can’t recommend Nathan enough. I came into the shop to find out what running shoes would work for me as I’ve suffered with a few injuries. He was really knowledgable, patient and honest and managed to help me choose the best shoe for me. He is a real credit to the shop.

   Really happy with my experience here recently - Andrew was amazing! It's not a big shop but I am amateur runner with wide feet and went in for a gait analysis and the hope of finding some comfy shoes. The gait analysis was interesting and Andrew immediately found me a pair of comfortable shoes to fit my budget and needs. I've already used them a few times and am really happy with them. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

   I visited Runners Need in Biggleswade for my first gait analysis and I'm very impressed with the service that I received. The lady who assisted me was very calm, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did she take the time to explain everything to me but she also took the time to ensure that I got the right running trainers for my running style. Highly recommend!

   A bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. The First Lady I interacted with I approached whilst she was stocking the shelves, I asked about getting a gait analysis and I couldn’t have felt like more of an inconvenience to her - instead of ‘yeah sure let me grab a colleague to assist you’ I got ‘ it won’t be me, I’ve got to get x and x and x done and need to get to my running club…’ after she shouted a colleague upstairs things greatly improved - the younger lady was so helpful and patient. I really appreciated this as I was feeling really out of my comfort zone. I can’t wait to start using my new running trainers.
