   Awful customer service. Three staff members just stood around the tills gossiping about a customer that they had trouble with. I felt very intimidated to go up and as for help. When I asked for help one girl was just not bothered didn't want to go back to the back to find walking shoes. She made me feel like it was a real effort to get any help or guidance. Popped into Cotswolds instead much better service!

   The staff here at Mountain Warehouse Biggleswade are super helpful! I was looking for a particular pair of hiking boots but my size wasn't available so one of the staff who had long black hair went the stockroom and found my size! I am so pleased with the purchase!

   Great selection of clothing, for the minus temperatures I'am working in, lots of offers and a good little store. But unfortunately customer service let you guys down, the two girls who were serving on the tills last Monday were not very helpful, and rude. Lacked basic customer service skills. Enough to put us off returning to that store. Bonus was i left with a 20% voucher for spending just under £100, to use on next shop. They didn't accept my Blue Light Discount or my GiftCard.
