   The Biggleswade store has really gone downhill lately. Really bland selection of clothes for men unlike the years before. Male changing rooms are always closed. Always long queues for tills. Clothes are always in odd sizes that don’t fit the average male.

   The prices here are okay. I would like to see a better layout as finding what you want always seems to require a walk around the entire store unlike other clothing stores that arrange things with some kind of recognisable system. That said, they have plenty of choice and update their lines often enough that we usually find something nice.

   Very strange cashiers. For reason only known to them selves they became very nervous and panic when I attended with my daughter to make an exchange. The cashier told me I'm making her nervous and she suffers from anxiety and epilepsy. VERY STRANGE. I'm 6ft4 and BLACK.

   Popped in here and so glad I did. Got some amazing quality clothes that were so reasonable, but then I joined up at the cash till to H&M website and got 10 % of my final bill. By far best clothes, and amazing prices I have paid in a long time. Staff are brilliant to. Absolutely brilliant experience!!
