I was out shopping with my mother but while near the clothing area a employee was adding on clothes but she physically kept nudging my mother with the coat hanger and she didn't even say sorry she just kept doing it multiple times no apologie honestly if you accidentally nudge someone or hit them it's expected to say sorry not just keep doing it.
Shop was amazing as a whole got served by a store colleague called Tracy and she helped me with student discount 5 stars would come again thank for your service
Excellent value and good quality items. We purchased some shorts and shirts for myself, and a handbag for my girlfriend. We were both very happy with our purchases.
The Peacocks Store in Gorleston High Street is great, well laid out and fantastic customer service. There is parking in their shared carpark, just put a note on your windscreen to say time arrived, time left and which store you visited. Well worth a look.
Great choice and very reasonable prices ..Just wish we still had one in Norwich we have to travel to Gt Yarmouth Gorleston or Lowestoft..
Far bigger range for women than men, not everythingis to my style, but some good stuff at reasonable prices. Clothes are decent quality and fairly durable. My wife loves their lounge/night clothes.
Terrible customer service visited store today with my 83 year old mother to have a credit note for a return to be told we do not do Credit notes and the member of staff said to my mother ( you are always bringing things back!!!!!! I work as a store manager for a well respected company I have never heard a member of staff speak to customers so rudely the shop is a disgrace your staff talking to customers with no respect I did ring customer service only to find they also c as not be bothered to help disgrace should not be employed working with the general public .
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean shop would recommend them.
