Spacious, bright, smaller town centre M&S with its own parking. Always a good range in stock of clothing, accessories and food/wine/pastries etc. We use it regularly. Parking is £1 for an hour. From experience there might be a short wait for a space at busy periods but turnover is quite quick. Access to other high street shops/banks/post office etc from M&S

Staff could not have been more helpful, went with large haul of exchange items, young women, staff member named Kelly MC Alex, did what would have taken me an hour, as I didn't know the store took her 15 minutes. Then she did everything at the till. All before 9am. Hats off to M+S Lowestoft staff.

Good shop, wish it was bigger and had more choice.More and more of my favourite foods are no longer available with less choice. Used to be much more to choose from than now for some reason. Bagged salad is often very close to use by date at full price. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Gill, the nicest, friendliest person you could wish to meet. Always a happy face and never moody ,unlike some. Shop is always clean and tidy and food generally of top quality. If this shop ever closes the high street will definitely be dead, its the best of what's left here now.

I went for a bra fitting... Never again! I've never felt like such an inconvenience, the ladies on the tills were so rude - I was 20 minutes early and was told to come back, when I went back no one wanted to do the bra fitting, the lady who got lumbered with me made it clear she didn't want to do it. Very disappointed.

Lowestoft store has cut back on gluten free dinners, I can't get to the bigger store off of A47. Can someone from the Lowestoft store please tell me why you have cut back on gluten free dinners.???

Horrible experience, bought a leather bag that was not good, faulty, went to the shop the next day to return it and the staff refused to refund me saying the labels were not attached, I had the receipt and the labels. Staff was racist and they made sure to embarrass me .

A small M&S with a decent selection of clothing essentials. (I was lucky enough to find a couple of bargains on the sale rail.) The branch also features a food hall. I personally found the service efficient and friendly.

A massive thank you to Jane for all her help today. I needed a bra fitting but I didn't realise you were supposed to book an appointment for this. Jane kindly agreed to assist me anyway and helped me find my size and choose some new bras as well. She was friendly and professional and I felt extremely comfortable during the whole process.

Sunday, 6 Feb, pm visit. Big thank you to one member of staff from behind the tills and manager (sorry have no names). Hubby looking for new pair of shoes, Lowestoft store showing one pair in his potential size when checking on line, on visiting store to try and find, not in shoe dept but on a mannequin!!! Very helpful staff assisted in removing shoes for him to try which was quite a task. Unfortunately shoes were a tad tight, but have now ordered a larger size on line for collection later in week. Once again thanks to staff for going above and beyond.
