Animating range of goods here, I can spend hours just looking. Pricing is competitive and you can find that 'something for someone' you haven't seen anywhere else. Usually plenty of parking though can be challenging on occasion. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Never had to queue for long at the tills.

Good selection of home wear at affordable prices and plenty of parking.

Nice store, good layout. Not that much choice in the garden section, especially for spring but the indoor sections had most of what I needed to get.

Good size store with plenty of parking space. Best visited on weekdays when quieter. We were looking for picture frames and were really pleased with the choice, prices and quality. Just as good as places like Dunelm and cheaper. Good selection of all sorts of goods. Will definitely be back soon. No refreshments or loos but Costa and Gregg's are just across the car park.

Quirky choice of homewares, quite fun, but a bit heavy on diamonté. But we did once buy a very nice table lamp there for a good price.

I am completely shocked, I went to purchase a blender at 6pm on a Saturday evening. I was in the middle of making dinner when ours broke. Arrived at the store to be greeted but an extremely rude worker. They have had a delivery and the were putting out dangerous amounts of stock on the shop floor as they had no where to put it. The woman told me i can’t have a blender as it’s to much hassle to move the boxes and I should of came at an earlier time. I stated that the store was open until 8pm she agreed as said that she did not want to stay later than her shift. She then went on telling how bad the working conditions are and dangerous. They have asked management for more space for delivery’s and they won’t listen. If you have stock out covering have the shop I suggest you close. She agreed and said head office are putting them at risk and was not paid enough to deal with this as she wanted to go home on time. She ranted for about 5 minutes still no help at all. We will never use the range again. Disgusting behaviour she even said she could not be bothered.

Super store with everything you need. Lots of festive ornaments and trimmings. Mostly things to smarten the home. This store has just opened and a great size not as big though as the store at long water but handy if you live near the coast.
