   Staff friendly Everything as it should be except for leaking. Really bad leaking across the store for a few years in a row now. Areas cordened off and has been an ongoing issue for years. Sort it out Matalan!

   Never have my size. Never. There is always a gap in ladies jeans/trousers/shorts from 8S to 18S. You’d think if the items sell out, they would be replenished OR if you know you sell a lot of a certain size to order more. No that would be too logical. Also too logical to have your dresses in shorter options as well.

   I do like Matalan, and love looking at their home section. However, I don't know what's happened over the past few years but their clothes have gone so downhill. I used to love their range of clothes, and would always come here for holiday bits, but they just don't do anything nice there anymore, at least in my opinion. I only come here as a last resort now.
