   Scarlett and Chris went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant and efficient. Sad that this store is closing down! The staff in this store are a credit to the Millets Team! Scarlett was polite, friendly, and attentive throughout, while Chris provided outstanding service by checking stock levels and quickly locating the item I needed. Their teamwork and professionalism made the visit to Millets noticeably pleasant!

   Great shop, lots of camping gear and equipment. If cant find what you need the staff will politely advise where else you can get it. Staff are lovely to talk too and seem to have a sense of humor which is much appreciated.

   ♿️ Accessibility Focused Review: Used to frequent this shop often but now, due to wheelchair use, the shop is completely inaccessible for most. The rails of coats and bags are so low and are nearly on the floor, that if you were to enter the store you would either drag all the products down/along with you, or, you'd just drag mud/dirt all over their products. It's difficult as I wanted to enjoy the store, but I had to wait outside as I didn't want to incur any damage charges! Aware that wheelchair users aren't their main target market but it's a legal requirement to make your store fully accessible, not just in principle.

   Millets Lowestoft branch...Congratulations (again) to Liam and the team.. We have always had good service from this store but today was exceptional. One of the eyelets on my 12 month old Berghaus boots had broken; I went into the store and, although the same model was no longer in stock, an equivalent was offered without any quibble. That is the reason I shop here and not 'Sports Direct' (or similar). A very satisfied customer...

   Very small and not a lot of choice in product variety once you seperate Men's from women's ( am i still allowed to use those terms......or will some blue haired, horn-rimmed glasses wearing Karen go into meltdown). Clean premises, friendly staff.....but not a lot of variety. I think if the premises were bigger and had more different brands it would move to 5 stars for me. The Norwich one was bigger, had 2 floors, and more stock.

   Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good range of products. One of the few places left in Lowestoft to buy quality outdoor clothing and camping/hiking equipment. Only problem is that so much space is wasted with their "Peter Storm" rubbish!
