   the company itself is brilliant. The Lowestoft branch was rude and unprofessional. the shaved head man gave me a price for a new battery, coding and a diagnostic check. when my partner drove the car to him and he saw it was a nice BMW he seemed jealous and started telling her to get a different car. telling her it would too expensive to maintain. He also said he can tell the car had been driven excessively which is completely a lie. I respect my car and found it insulting. when he saw me after work he said nothing of the sort. Instead he jacked up the price excessively. Also my partners sister went and got a price for something minor and they advised the part needed was no longer obtainable. she then drove straight to halfords and purchased the part which she had fitted by her dad. I don't feel this is how a company should treat people. I will now go to gt Yarmouth Wilko where I find the service 1 of the best around.

   Had to get a headlight bulb, they had them in stock £7, fitting was 10 quid, will save some pounds next time as was told it was easy to do and only took him 5 mins. Staff friendly and shop was stocked well.

   Poped into Wilco motor spares today to buys car phone holder. The gentleman who served me was brilliant. He came out to the car to help me choose the right one for me. I went back half an hour later because I needed an adjustment. No trouble at all. Very happy customer
