I ordered a 20kg bag of the wild bird food (fine mix) this morning. It was delivered this afternoon. Good value product, good service and good people.
Came in for a refund today and was shouted sworn at and walked out the door all because I wanted a refund as I said when I left the shop I will be reporting this to trading standards you where unprofessional swore at me and marched me out the door for no reason

iv been past it a few times in the many years iv lived in lowestoft look well stocked for the size but who ever built it gave no thought for people who are disabled due to steps but hoping since its been a few years i been there that the entrance issue as changed so if u struggling with walking like mi its had the steps lowered or something to make getting in it more easy ?||||||||! but other wise not a bad shop[ at all wen not paced out
