Popped over today to collect an order. The shop was clean and stock was really tidy and displayed well. Counter staff very helpful, but Caitlin was outstanding. She amended my order so that I got all that I needed. She helped me to my car and loaded my goods. 5* Thank you
My cat has recently seemed to be a bit off his food so I thought I would go and ask for some advice. When I walked in the store there were a couple of young ladies on the till who immediately greeted me as I walked in. I went over to the cat food and I noticed someone putting some items on the shelf so I asked them if they could help me. His name was Josh and I explained what was happening and he made some suggestions that I could consider, no hard sell or anything. I chose what I wanted and when I went back to the till a lovely girl called Darcy served me who was really smiley and happy. Great service.
Took both my dogs to be groomed at the chosen date and time, have been taking them there for many years, they both always go in together and I always state one of them does not get on with other dogs hence why I book them in together. When we turned up for the appointment it was stated that they had not been booked in together and would be done At separate times during the day as she had another dog inbetween, I advised what I had booked in and how we always did it, she was very aloof and stated rather rudely this was not booked that way, and to be honest on reflection I am so glad I did not leave either one with her as she completely ignored either of them , they were waging their tails as they knew where they were going but she sat there miserable and very in helpful, I will not be returning as I would want my dogs to be welcomed and treated well for the service I pay for!
Friendly staff that are always happy to help with lots of knowledge. Some thing's are cheaper to buy elsewhere but is reasonable for most.

I do like they're opening hours are long in the evening & on Saturdays open till 7pm, then 10am-4pm on Sundays. The care of the staff here is top notch. My only major fault to pets at home is their VIP card is absolute joke, with no benefits in having it what so ever. That's why they only get 3 stars.
Poor experience once again at Pets at Home in Lowestoft. Staff had refused to serve me under the excuse that they're closing soon, but I was attempting to buy goods well within their stated trading hours. If they don't want custom, that's their loss, but not something you'd expect from a corporate store like Pets at Home. However they've lost my custom permanently now.
