   Went into this vape shop not knowing nothing about vapes looking for one for me and my girlfriend to aid us quitting smoking the staff was soo friendly Keiran walked me though options to find out what suited me best ending up leaving with 2 vapes and 10 bottles of juice for a great price 5* service will definitely be returning here for all my juices

   I brought in my new vape (bought in London) and, unfortunately, they didn't sell the coil for mine. But that's okay. So many places would sell you something in the hopes you don't return it (or that you void the warranty). I appreciated their honesty and bought a 5-pack of Elf Juice. Thank you for the great service!

   I brought a mvp pod kit .... its doesn't charge and getting any kind of refund is difficult. Had to wait 30mins to see if I was lieying. Shown bank statement that I brought it. But still will not refund or credit note

   I’ve only had positive vibes from the shop. I really enjoy going in and chatting with the staff. The staff are always friendly and I can’t fault a single one of them. The store is ran flawlessly and always comes across clean and well put together. As a regular customer I’ve built a good rapport with all staff members especially the ginger one who is always very friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoy good friendly banter with.
