Ordered in good faith and armchair. Delivery date was a bit long but I accepted. Now three weeks overdue and it's in the warehouse. Paid the requested amount t for delivery a week ago and still no idea when I am going to get it. This despite 3 phone calls. Absolutely disgusting and iwill never use Fab furniture again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else.

Fab is an absolutely appalling company, I feel i was lied to by the salesman, I was assured that there was no longer any problems with the company anymore, and everything is running on time, and that I would receive my furniture in 12-13 weeks, instead it took 26 weeks. looking at the reviews left from other costumers, you can clearly see this is a common acurance for this company, so I would seriously think twice before you purchase anything, I certainly won't be going back.

Pre-sale was very helpful however, terrible post sale. Items are taken from store in town to Peterborough hub for delivery despite delivery address being Lowestoft and then took an age to actually arrange, hardly good for the enviroment. Was also charged delivery on each item which collectively is ridiculous. Still have not received cleaning solution that was paid for with order, store doesn't keep it so no idea if and when this will arrive. Would not recommend or use ever again.

My experience of your company is appalling! Paid for sofa in June and still waiting!!! Getting told a load of bullshit and given different dates,the last date we got was 6/12/2024. Received a email and now the sofa ain't being delivered to the store until 12/12/2024!!! I'm getting a refund as don't want it now and will b shopping elsewhere. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE!!!

Walked in shop this morning meet by a very pleasant young lady who let us walk around trying out sofa's and chairs, Shannon came along who I dealt with back in August totally remembered which make I was looking at, all through the purchase no pressure or pushing sales talk, only advise, 1 1/2 hours later left the shop feeling very pleased with my purchase looking forward to receiving my products,not the first purchase and won't be the last. Wouldn’t even give one star. The worst company for communication I’ve ever encountered. Sofa broke 4 months ago, two technicians have visited and still not fixed and left it in a worse state then they started! Just feel absolutely gutted that I spent £2,000 on my sofa for it to be no better quality than the pound shop!

Really unhappy with the service from here so far! Placed an order for sofas back in September with the promise they would be with us before Christmas. After numerous times me calling I keep getting told different things and now it won't be coming before Christmas as promised!! Also when I phone up I get told someone will call me back and surprise surprise no lock. Absolutely shocking wish we never ordered with fab furniture!! Being pregnant this has caused me nothing but stress!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. Initially we had lovely service from this store, bu thereafter took several bad turns. We purchased a sofa & footstool. They delivered an incorrect footstool, then the sofa started to wear terribly, we complained (painful ordeal, with lots of waiting on the phone & emails back & forth) a technician eventually turned up and agreed there was a fault. So, back to the store to select another sofa. In the meantime we purchased a dining table & chairs. Guess what, the dining table was faulty. Further waiting on the phone & emails back & forth, same technician (lovely chap by the way!) turned up and agreed there was a fault. In hinds sight, we just wished we took refunds for both. Anyway, lots of phonecalls, emails etc followed and eventually the second dining table arrived..... guess what, yet another fault, we just couldn't continue this journey so accepted a small reduction in price. Rep we spoke to also advised us to wait until all issues were resolved, then request a gesture of goodwill or compensation for all the unnecessary phonecalls, days off work etc... Sofa finally arrived 8 months after initial order. We are actually happy with the sofa. A plus point. So, all issues resoled (sort of, still have a dining table with fault, but can live with it) we email again to request some form of compensation or at least a small token of goodwill, we get fobbed off big time. I am going through the ombudsman to at least highlight this, even if we don't receive anything. Never will we set foot in Fabb Furniture again. Good night, good bye.

Today the bed we ordered 3 weeks ago arrived.The deliverymen arrived at exactly the time we had been told 7.38 in the morning. They were careful unloading and setting up the bed in designated bedroom. I just could not fault the service we have received from the company.

Wane is an absolute legend! he sold us our first ever new couch, I'm not easy to sell to if I feel pushed I won't buy he was so calm and easy going totally let us lead and just gave advice and answers, he also let us for a bit to talk it over in private. Would definitely recommend talking to him
