“Walk in to make a takeaway order. We were greeted with the most amazing hospitality. The atmosphere in the restaurant while we were waiting was really pleasant. Once home and dished up the food smelt and tasted delicious. Very flavoursome and quite honestly cooked to perfection. I would most definitely order from here and I will be dining in again. Truly beautiful food with amazing, friendly and accommodating staff.”

“Amazing meal cooked by the colleges year 3 students. Quality cuts of meat and ingredients. Freshly prepared, beautifully presented and delicious. Good selection of a dozen wines. Nice touch providing additional treats before and after the main meal. Simple but varied menu, 3 starter, 6 main (4 meat, 1 fish and 1 veggie) and 5 desert options. Could have eaten any of the dishes. 3 courses for £30pp plus £16 a bottle of Chenin Blanc. Also bought a Christmas cake for £8”

“We had a lovely fish & Chip lunch on Friday. The fish was amazing. Huge white chunky flakes. Lovely crispy batter. Chips & mushy peas. Staff always friendly. Make you feel really welcome.”

“Absolutely lush vegan Mexican food. We are nearby on holiday and couldn’t believe there was vegan takeout close by. We had the vegan burritos with bean chilli and kiddo had a (non vegan) super cheesy mac n cheese with garlic bread. All theee of us stuffed for under £40 with sides as well, and the fillings were amazing. I can be a really fussy eater and I finished the lot. Can’t speak for the non veggie food, but everything we had was amazing.”

“Discovered this place by accident and what a find. Wonderful service and food from the new owners who had only been there 5 weeks. We had lunch and a coffee and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The coffee was hot and tasty and we were very impressed with the overall experience. We don't live very local, but will certainly head here the next time we are Lowestoft. Although its tucked away from the seafront, there is plenty of parking nearby and I'd highly recommend a visit.”

“I have tried many chineses in my 25 years of life, up and down the coast of norfolk and suffolk, and when i tell you this is the best chinese i’ve ever had i mean it, the food is absolutely fantastic i couldn’t ask for any more from these guys, the portion sizes and great the food is made fresh when you order and it always arrives steaming hot, after a long day at work my wife comes home and when i tell her i’ve ordered from here her face lights up, thank you for making our evenings exciting and full of taste, here’s to many more orders. lots of love.”

The food was amazing very big portions very wide selection of drinks 38 different gins and cocktails what a treat WOOHOO ! And the icing on the cake was an after meal Irish coffee made by Sandra with hand on heart the best you’ll get in Lowestoft town . “Great curry, a really great curry. I eat a lot of curries and this one is great. I think this might be the best value for money curry I’ve ever had! When they brought the bill I thought there was a mistake… But alas! It was correct, just exceptionally reasonably priced. I will certainly be returning when I next find myself in the vicinity of the Raj Mahal. What an establishment, and might I say… a better experience than the Taj Mahal.”

“Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years as the ones where I used to live closed! So having moved to Lowestoft we thought we would try it. It was a Friday evening, not very busy and food was lovely and staff friendly. We both got salad from the unlimited salad bar which was fresh, well presented with lots of choice, pizzas were nice as was fries. As we went for a deal we saved room for pudding so took half the pizza home for lunch next day (which went down nicely!). The puddings again were nice, only thing my husband ordered warm brownie but it wasn't warm, still nice. Would definately recommend and definately we will return at some point.”

“Always great service and good food! Magic Wok was the first chinese i’ve had in the area and i’ve stuck with it since. They offer wooden utensils if you would like to eat locally (you’re unable to eat inside), which we have done on a few occasions and really enjoyed. Their food is always hot even when delivering, although sometimes takes a while to deliver. Tastes good, and is fresh. Would recommend, and do recommend to family and friends.”

“What more can you ask for from a seaside arcade plenty of 2p machines amongst other arcade games and also plenty of adult focused slots & other machines. Young gentleman working was a credit to the place always happy to help with any issues and the machines were bursting with prizes!”
