5 star Pizza Hut Restaurant! Lovely food, nice and fresh for the buffet. All ready and topped up quickly. The female manager in the morning was lovely, interacting with the children and took family photos for us

What a disappointment! We were looking forward to a delicious take-away pizza-we always order from here , when we're on holiday, camping 5minutes away. We've always thought it dreadfully expensive, but so worth it. Not tonight- cold, tasteless with a floury tasting base & we played 'hunt the pepperoni ' on a £30 pizza. Awful.

Haven't been to a Pizza Hut for years as the ones where I used to live closed! So having moved to Lowestoft we thought we would try it. It was a Friday evening, not very busy and food was lovely and staff friendly. We both got salad from the unlimited salad bar which was fresh, well presented with lots of choice, pizzas were nice as was fries. As we went for a deal we saved room for pudding so took half the pizza home for lunch next day (which went down nicely!). The puddings again were nice, only thing my husband ordered warm brownie but it wasn't warm, still nice. Would definately recommend and definately we will return at some point.

As always we go too the dinner buffet which is great value and always piping hot. The decor is very colourful and pleasing on the eye creating a peaceful snd ambient atmosphere. My only complaint is the annoying fact you can only order and pay scanning the QR code on the edge of the table, which took 3 attempts too work. It then asks you as you're paying if you'd like too leave a tip. The idea of a tip is for when you have finished your meal and are happy with the service that has been provided not right at the start when you have too get your own plate and pay on a temperamental app

Basic pizza place. Food was hot, but nothing to rave about. Limited tables available, but not busy. Understand some maybe reserved but for when? No-one sat at them for at least an hour. Service with a smile. 25% blue light discount, but not on the deals. Toilets clean. Not rushing back though.

The food was really good. However, they did bring out incorrect food in relation to our order. We wanted to eat together so we didn't ask for replacements. The dessert was amazing. I had the white chocolate cookie dough and would definitely order that again.

Food was overpriced for a start. Over £10 for a long thin dish of Mac'n'Cheese really wasn't great. I imagined it being bigger and more flavoursome. The pizzas my guests ate looked okay. Good selection of bottomless drinks options. Being a key worker I had a BLC discount card, told I could use it until after 3pm which was a joke. I'd eat there again but need more value for money.

Lovely place to visit. Service was good and the pizzas were lovely. Place was quiet but plenty of ppl ordering take aways.
