Super friendly staff and fast service. Everything was easy and smooth, and I was in and out with no hassle. Would come back again.
Absolutely awful. Delivery was left on my doorstep, my neighbour knocked on the door to ask if I had ordered pizza. The pizza was obviously cold by this time. The amount of cheese on the pizza was pitiful. Don't waste your money with this pizza outlet, a complete rip-off.
Great food, great staff and the manager is the friendliest, most hard working person. Food is freshly prepared and cooked and the place is always clean and tidy. If you get delivery through Uber, Deliveroo or Just eat and it doesn't turn up or turns up late, it's not their fault, it's the fault of the courier service. I can't fault Papa Johns in Lowestoft.
Shocking. Ordered at 3 and after an hour and an half decided to ring up. The guy on the phone said it would be 20 mins. 20 mins later we ring again and proceeded to tell us the same time again. As my boyfriend tried to explain they’d already told us that, he hung up on him. My boyfriend decided to take it to the shop where suddenly our pizza arrived. The guy was shook. Do not order from here. Ps pizza was cold lol
Took over an hour to deliver on a Monday lunch time when we were Originally told 30-45mins! Service is shockingly slow and this is not the first time we have had to wait so long

Just had my first Papa John's pizza in 6 years - double pepperoni XXL with dips made in front of us by the delightful and skillful Demi - excellent pizza surpassed by her superb, friendly service. Thank you very much, we will be back!
