Had problem with my starter motor this week, they fitted me in and did the work quicker than I expected. Megan in the office is really lovely, quotes are competitive and value for money. I've known Moyes Motors for years now. Back from when I was a vehicle recovery operator. I can honestly say that I've never personally met an unhappy customer. As for the work they have done on my vehicles over the years. The work has always been carried out to a high standard, with clear communication. Friendly and experienced in the office. Friendly and experienced in the workshop. A well run family business. An honest 10/10 garage. I really can not recommend them enough.

We need to buy a car for my daughter, a little ford bmax, what a lovely little car. Low mileage. Full service history. They put a new clutch in it and, all work completed, belts and water pump timing belt , it was valid, clean and tidy. My daughter was overjoyed with he new car, overall excellent experience. They're so helpful. Go out of theito make you a happy customer, highly recommended. Have lots of cars in stock. All makes of cars mainly diesel and good deals. Very reliable. I recently had two tyres fitted to my golf and they were continentals, apart from the great price wayne treated my car like it was his own when I got My car back I was expecting to have to clean the wheels and get the tyre soap off but didn't have to wayne had done it for me might not seem like alot but 1st time ever this was done after having tyres fitted I would definitely use moyse motors again really impressed and i highly recommend them.
Been using Moyse for about a year now after a bad experience elsewhere and so far very happy with their service! For small things, they are good about telling you to pop by for someone to check it quickly which I have done twice now. Today after popping in for a headlight issue, I got a call that they wanted to refund me because what the tech had done didn’t even warrant a charge. I had already paid and left so they could have taken my money and I would never have questioned it, so I am very thankful for their honesty and wanted to share my experience with others. Thank you Moyse! Highly recommend. **I originally was with another car repair garage in Lowestoft that tried to take advantage of the fact I’m a woman who knows nothing about cars and tried to rip me off for over £700 but I researched the problem, fixed it myself, and they lost a customer.**
