They put a new clutch in it and, all work completed, belts and water pump timing belt , it was valid, clean and tidy. My daughter was overjoyed with he new car, overall excellent experience. “We booked our boat trip which was going to be shared by the parents in law from Chile but then had to cancel as Chile is still on the red travel list. Very disappointing for all of us. I was told I was going to lose my deposit but with our situation this didn't feel right. I contacted customer services and explained our situation and a lovely lady called me ( Miriam I think ) and explained we were going to receive our deposit back in full. This was wonderful for us all and will probably pay for a camping trip and it leaves a good impression of Hoseasons. We will be booking another boat trip when this virus mess is over and the parents in law can join us. Well done Hoseasons.”
