   I had a second tattoo done as I was pleased with the first. I was quoted £160.00 with a 2 hour appointment which was, as quoted previously £80.00 per hour. I paid £80.00 in advance as requested. I got my tattoo done and handed over the other £80.00. I realised when I got home that it was an hour and 10 minutes from my appointment star tttime and I was home again. I got in touch with Deerrheart and said that I felt that I had been overcharged as it had only taken one hour to do. Finally Amy, the owner replied to say that they would do nothing for me. I had asked if they would give me a 50% discount on the first hour of my next appointment, which I thought was fair, they did not. Wish I could earn £160.00 per hour

   It's a strange time to get a tattoo, but the whole process was made very easy. Amy booked and organised my tattoo finding me an excellent artist. Communication was clear prompt and friendly. On the day Rich met me at the door and made me feel very welcome. He very quickly put me at ease and made me feel that I was in full control. We agreed the size and placement of the tattoo and he quickly got to work preparing the area. Rich can talk the hind legs of a donkey and that was exactly what I needed. He was very attentive and easy to talk to. The tattoo ran over time slightly but I did not feel rushed. I love my new ink and think Rich did an incredible job, thier reputation is well deserved, and when I'm ready for my next one, I'll know exactly where to go.
