   I had an accident in France this summer resulting in 2 sprained wrists, the hospital removed my wedding ring in case of swelling. After returning to England I had a scan elsewhere so left it off. After being on my finger for 53 years it was a bit out of shape and would not go back on so I asked the staff at H.SAMUEL, LOWESTOFT for help. They kindly reshaped it and polished it free of charge and it is now back in place. Thanks very much, H. SAMUEL.

   I have a precious vintage Seiko watch which needed a strap repair. I had assumed that it would likely need to be sent away, or for it to be left in store until a suitable professional became available. On entering this H. Samuel store I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile and a very helpful team member who advised that they could probably deal with the strap repair onsite l, and within 30 minutes. This was then down to Lewis who not only recognised the vintage collectable but fully cleaned it before returning it with the repair taken care of and some aftercare advice. This was undertaken with kindness, respect and in a convenient and timely manner. I was extremely impressed and so pleased to be able to wear my watch again. Thanks guys, thanks so much Lewis.

   I went into the Lowestoft branch and was looking for a diamond ring that I had seen on line. I spoke to a lovely member of staff called Tiffany, who was very knowledgeable and took the time to look for it in store for me. Nothing was to much trouble for her when I was trying to decide between two similar rings she spent time chatting to me and I really appreciate it. I will definitely visit again.

   Me and my fiance came looking for our wedding band and we were able to find it. It was perfect. If you ever go I highly recommend to ask for Sue to help you. She was the most loveliest lady. She was so patient and helpful. She really made me and my fiance feel comfortable. The other jewelry shop felt so rushed and unpleasant. 10/10 service. Thank you!
