Would have given no star....Do not go to this place, as they can't tell the difference between silver and platinum
So far not good I ordered on Friday order still nowhere been dispatched and arrived the final delivery depot and still not been delivered no tracking number provided or anything
I’ve brought loads of things from warren James. Never had a problem. Until now. Brought two items from them. Paid cash. Had to take one back. They won’t give me my cash back. Gave me a credit voucher. Yet when they took my cash they gave me change. And credit voucher only last 7 months. My cash last longer than that

Refusing to give a refund on engagement ring after stating that refunds are allowed !!! Poor customer service an engagement ring is should always be refundable.

i ordered a ring from them on 25th september 2020 they told me 6 weeks so it was due back the 30th october 2 days after last lockdown when they opened 4 weeks ago i went in there still not back so now it is 14 weeks i have been waiting to get ring it is a joke dont get jewellery adjusted by them would not have bought from them if i knew i had to wait nearly 4 months and still no sign of it
Service was quick, but staff obviously not happy in their work as a smile wouldn't of gone amiss.
