   We went to Halfords in Great Yarmouth today to look into the possibility of buying a new bike for our 12-year-old grandson .we really didn’t have very much idea of which was the best bike to suit his needs .we were extremely impressed by the knowledge of Wes , the assistant who helped us. He gave us all the information we wanted and more besides and was very knowledgable about the whole range of cycles available . feel we have made an informed choice and have bought the Cycle based on durability and longevity as our Grandson grows .    My family and I went to get my 4 year old boys first big bike. We were served by Jade, who was fantastic, attentive and lovely to my boy. She was also not pressuring the sale as we said we were looking yesterday. In fact the experience was so informative and friendly we decided to buy the bike yesterday. Collection was today, we were met by Jay who helped us check out the built bike, tweaked some adjustments based on our feedback and was very friendly throughout. I also witnessed him being kind to a sick colleague when she needed a friend. Overall I'd say this experience was an excellent one, I really recommended shopping here for your kids bikes and I hope this feedback gets back to them!

   Much better than Halfords in Lowestoft. Firstly the employees here actually know what they are doing and are very helpful. They actually value customer service and offer good advice. I will use them from now on. The older gentleman behind the counter knows what he is doing and is very nice to his customers.

   Following a break down we went to Halfords to get the battery checked and get a replacement. We were greeted by a super helpful staff member who directed us to park up and said a colleague would be out to help. Ian then came out to help and his service was excellent. He checked the battery and advised us accordingly and we chose to get a new battery. Ian was professional, friendly and welcoming throughout the whole fitting. He made the process super simple and smooth and we didn’t feel obliged to have to buy anything but instead did as a precaution. He was ably assisted by Paul who was just as helpful. Thanks again, 5 star service & highly recommended!

   Needed a replacement car battery which was fitted by Ian at the Great Yarmouth store. Ian was very efficient giving me a choice of 2 batteries and explained the differences between them and a direct fit for my car. The whole process was quite quick as I was expecting to wait longer. A good job well done. Thanks Ian! P.S . While there, Ian told me about the Halfords Motoring Club savings feature. I opted for the free one which gave me a discount off the battery I bought and a free 10 point car check which he completed including topping up my screen wash.

Spoke to Ally and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get at the front desk and then Jay who fitted the new battery and gave the car their health check. Outstanding staff and would definitely recommend.    Brilliant service from the staff. I think Jay and another lovely lady at the till (sorry I can't remember the name). Despite being from London and coming for a few days breake in Great Yarmouth, both of them were super helpful and sorted my wipers issues bought back in London. If everywhere you can find such a great people and helpful this world would be a much better place for everyone!

   Both headlight and sidelight stopped working on my PT Cruiser so ordered a new set to be fitted but it turned out it was not the bulbs that were the issue. Rob took a lot of time to initially try and find the fuse box, which is hidden in the engine & not where the handbook says it is, and when that turned out to be working he eventually found it was the connection that was faulty. He patiently repaired the wires and everything worked perfectly after over about an hour and a half. Big thanks for your effort Rob and willingness to successfully finish the job. Highly recommended.

   On Saturday 5th November, my wife and I took our Grandson to the Gt Yarmouth store as it was his birthday and he wanted a new bike. He found one he liked (picture attached) and the young lady that served us was very good, she went to the stock room and came back and said you have two in stock and we asked you to make it up for us, she charged us for this and said it'd be ready today (Sunday) from 3 o'clock. Our son went to collect it today with our grandson to be told they didn't have one put aside for him, let alone made up for him. They were then told you have one in Lowestoft and you'll have it made up and ready for him to collect as from Thursday. As you can imagine my grandson was distraught, and they've only just calmed him down from the disappointment. I just tried calling the shop with no reply, if you get Lowestoft to build it, my son will collect it from there Monday / Tuesday rather than wait until Thursday. Please let us know if this is a possibility.. There is obviously some sort of procedure in your stock reservation system that doesn't work. Also I assume you would of had a list of the bike builds that were needed for today, if that's the case you should if called my wife to apologize, to save my grandson the disappointment as it was my wife's telephone number you took at the time of the sale.
