   Good, except you feel pounced on as soon as you enter the store and too many emails, texts and calls to remind you of the appointment, and too top it off a call to say you need to arrive 10mins before your appointment, so doesn’t that make your appointment 10 mins earlier ??? Lol

   Even though I only came in to get replacement glasses after mine broke, I was given a same-day eye-test and opted into an optional health test. Both results were conducted in good time and all the staff were very nice and calm. I picked the glasses from the rack I liked and then everything was settled afterwards. All I needed to do from that point was wait until I got to collect my glasses and then I was given them within 5-10 minutes of showing up.

   IVONE was absolutely brilliant with our choosing our glasses, she was so good in helping me choose the right size and colour glasses to suit me.. When we went back to collect our Glasses Joe was very patient and extremely helpful with us getting the exact size and feel needed to wear them.. I would not hesitate in recommending them to our family and friends.

   When ever I have been to the Great Yarmouth branch, they have been superb. Even waiting doesn't feel that long or too bad. The team are all friendly and it's great to hear them chat openly and in a friendly way to each other whilst being playful and joking. It felt like a nice and comfortable environment!

   I broke the arm of my glasses and panicked because I thought I'd have to get them sent off to be fixed. The man at the counter was really helpful and said although he couldn't fix them he could put the lenses in a new frame. The whole process took about 10 minutes. I paid half the price of the original frames because I think I was out of warranty (which can be expensive depending on what frames you have) but I was relieved the problem was rectified so quickly. If you break your glasses and the lenses are okay, I'm sure you can receive this service too. I'm grateful I can see again!

   Here with my Daughter after a 17 hr shift last night. Rushed to pick her up and get her there for 10.15 appointment that had been text to her. They then told her it would be,at 10.55 than proceeded to chat to each other for 20 minutes while she waited outside the room. Totally unprofessiona. Didn't get her in until I complained
