   What an absolute gem this place is! We have stayed close by on holiday for many years and walked/driven past it on numerous occasions but this year we finally got round to booking and staying, and thank goodness we did! The chalet was clean and well-equipped, having everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and there are benches/picnic tables to use, aswell as disposable BBQs to purchase and an area to use them in. Lou kept in touch and was available should we have needed her. As others have said, the view is second to none and it is honestly so peaceful, especially at night when all you can hear are the waves. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Beachside Holidays to anyone. We will be back!

   After a difficult few months, we just needed a break where we could rest and relax and our Hickling chalet was perfect for this. Well equipped and comfortable, the views are amazing - we loved being able to sit and look out over the sea, especially during the storm we had! The owners did everything to help us enjoy our stay. There’s also a lovely bakery down the road!

   Spent a week here and absolutely loved it. The chalet was spotlessly clean with the beds made up on arrival. The site itself is fantastic. Great views overlooking the sea with a nice lawned area and a few benches and picnic tables set up. There are laundry facilities on site & it's close to the local amenities. It also only 5 minute walk to a very nice beach.

   This is the second time I've stayed here, I love it! So peaceful and quiet, the only sound you hear is the waves crashing against the shore and the crying of seagulls. Get up early enough and you can watch the sunrise whilst sitting on the terrace drinking a brew. Pretty much heaven. Chalets are very clean (a lot of MINISCULE spiders, so if you have severe arachnophobia, just a warning - although I'm quite positive Stu and Lou can't help it if you get arachnids in your room!), the beds are SO comfortable, and everything you need is waiting for you upon arrival. Dog-friendly too so you can bring your pooch and take them for a stroll along the beach. Any problems and the owners are falling over themselves trying to help. Plenty of take-aways and restaurants locally, places to go if you want to see the seals in their natural habitat up close, and Great Yarmouth is a mere 15 minute drive away. This place has now become my little piece of heaven on the east coast of England. I'm very begrudgingly leaving this review cause if they get too popular, they'll put their incredibly reasonable prices up!

   Excellent....We had a really nice week here. The owners are very friendly and very helpful. The pine Lodge we stayed in was really nice facing the sea and a little more private than the other properties. Great views and excellent location. Some very good local restaurants not far away. 5 miles from Yarmouth. Overall the experience was excellent.

   Stayed in Hickling No1, spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed and everything you need. Fabulous views of the sea and amenities a few minutes away, owners very helpful. The perfect place to stay and hope to return and will recommend it to my friends.
