   1st time attending 90's celebrity weekender with family and oh my God it didn't disappoint at all. Amazing acts, staff and crew were lovely, friendly and approachable. Being able to order food and drink from the table was great. Would definitely come back again. Couple of bad points there wasn't alot of choice of food in the shop, quite bare. When your sitting away from the main stage it would be nice to see what's going on, on the small tv's which are on the columns.

   We've been coming to Vauxhall caravan park for a few years now and the staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Reedcutter Restaurant staff always go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Lovely food, generous portions. Big thanks to Trev, Tanya and the team for looking after us. All the facilities on site you need, shop, games room/arcade, takeaways and bags of entertainment just to mention a few of onsite activities. See you in the Spring! Nicky & Karen.

   A Fantastic Halloween Weekend at Vauxhall Holiday Park! We’ve been coming to Vauxhall Holiday Park for over 23 years, and it never disappoints! Normally we stay in the lodges, but this time we chose a budget caravan — and it was just as good. It was cosy, clean, and in a great spot towards the back of the park. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth. We got there about 30 minutes before check-in, and since our caravan was ready, the lovely reception team let us check in early. Everyone at reception was so helpful — if I hadn’t been before, I wouldn’t have struggled at all. A special mention goes to the security guard (dark hair and lip piercing) — he was so kind! My partner and I stood chatting with him for ages, reminiscing about how much Vauxhall has changed over the years. The troupers — Tracie, Kirsten, Chloe, and Nicole — were all so kind and helpful, and the male trouper with curly hair had us in stitches every night. The entertainment team really made the stay extra special! Our son absolutely loved the Milkshake Mornings and the daytime activities — especially seeing the animals. There was always something fun going on, and it felt like such a family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere. After all these years, Vauxhall still feels like our home away from home. Thank you to all the staff for another brilliant stay — we’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

   Loved Morning Milkshake - Great free family entertainment with super enthusiastic entertainers! My children particularly enjoyed Dylan as he shares my son’s name and the novelty of a male entertainer! As big Paw Patrol fans they loved making Skye masks this morning and then added to them when we got back to the caravan. Thank you! FYI They also love winning competitions. We can’t wait to see more of you guys this week - Louis 5, Dylan 3 and Mae 1 and Mummy and Daddy.

   We just had a fantastic long weekend at Parkdean Vauxhall Holiday Park. It was our first time at a holiday park, and we were so impressed! The whole place is well-maintained and clean, and our accommodation wasn't tired or worn at all. The staff were amazing—so friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The facilities are great. We loved the clean and fun swimming pool, and the entertainment was a hit with everything from Milkshake mornings to evening bingo. The kids had a blast with the soft play and arcades, and we all enjoyed the mini golf and adventure playground. Even the mini tots' balance bikes were a great touch. While the fish and chips were just okay, the pizza was excellent. The whole park is easy to get around on foot, and it's a short drive to the beach and local supermarkets. My son didn't want to leave, and my husband and I were both so pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back, either here or at another Parkdean location. It's easy to see why so many people return year after year.

   Fantastic place for the family. It was good to come back with my kids as this was my first-holiday spot as a child. They had a fantastic break and would come back. The staff is helpful, a lot for kids to do, and everything is easily accessible within reach ie shopping center, the pier, the seafront, and others. A well-deserved break

   We didn't stay here, but went to an event. The facilities were ok. The food places were great think the best part of the park. The main hall was big enough, quite pricey on the drinks though. The male toilets in the main hall, all the cubicle toilets had locks missing so had to go to the ones outside the hall. Security was good, staff were friendly.

   I booked a caravan (Falcon) at Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth for 4 nights during September 2022 and decided to pay for a more luxury caravan at £120 per night. Shortly after arrival we noticed the toilet seat was broken in the en-suite bathroom, soon after we saw huge cobwebs on the Fire Extinguisher and kitchen cupboards. Obviously all caravans are meant to be cleaned and prepared before new arrivals. Unfortunately with hanging cobwebs and a broken toilet seat you can only conclude that our caravan was not cleaned and checked before our arrival. With this in mind we decided to clean all the surfaces ourselves to make sure it had been done and for our own piece of mind. Not the start you expect for your holiday! As we cleaned the surfaces more problems were then spotted, the cupboard doors were damaged, the oven door didn’t close properly due to a broken latch and the rubber seals were coming away. The oven extraction lights were not working and another bulb had blown elsewhere. Added to this we had mix and match furniture and no coffee table!? I reported the broken toilet seat and cobwebs to reception early the following morning as we had arrived later than planned the previous day. I explained the situation to the receptionist, who took notes and said this would be passed on. During our stay nothing was done to rectify any of the issues that we highlighted to reception. We also received no communication back during the stay! When checking out I made the point of our total dissatisfaction of the caravan and the fact nothing was done to resolve any of the issues that had been raised. I said I would report everything to the Parkdean Resorts CEO, which I did. Following my email to the CEO I received a reply from the Customer Relations Team and another reply from the Guest Experience Manager both on 23rd September. I was offered apologies and a refund of £100, with everything that was wrong with the caravan I didn’t consider the refund offer to be enough so I requested this to be increased to £200, which was declined. Unfortunately receiving the refund was more than difficult, I had to make several phone calls chasing the refund. I was told that they had no record of my account details to pay the refund too me. This even though I had read the details out on three occasions and each time the person I spoke to read the account details back to me!? The refund eventually arrived on 24th October 32 days after my email to the CEO. I have previously stayed at Vauxhall Holiday Park before without any problems, unfortunately on this occasion Vauxhall failed miserably to offer value for money or a standard that they clearly advertise. There was no customer service shown on site after reporting the issues, to this day I have never been offered an explanation to why the standard of this caravan was so poor and the challenges to obtain the refund was embarrassing, to say the least. Overall totally disappointing and a lost customer for the future..

   oh my wow. this is the best (in my opinion) holiday park ever. in July (a long time ago I know) i went to this park and it was beautiful!! the caravan (i hope that's what it's called) was already clean for us. the golf carts were incredible, and the way the beach was near it too made it extra cool! parking was so easy, and all the staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend as they have different size caravans too and in different shapes, you could even have one looking like an apartment! the indoor facilities (like the thunderbolt chicken and that ice cream area) were amazing. the bathrooms were a bit squished but that's alright. GUYS IM TELLING YOU, THIS IS THE BEST HOLIDAY PARK. COME HERE!!!!! edit: there are also shops nearby, so you can buy groceries here too.

   Been coming here years now its gad a makeover the place is in tip top shape I only go on a music weekender no other time so my review is vased on this. Good access 2 vars rooms airy spacious toilet shower facilities all good. The new vans only have 1 shower and they're not the biggest which is a bit of a pain but otherwise all good
