   We have had really excellent service from Rob at Swimtek. He has been super helpful sorting out our pool which was in a poor state of repair, including a new pool cover which looks and out performs the previous two we’ve had over the years. It’s smart, black not blue but also keeps the water temperature at a balmy 30 degrees. We would highly recommend Swimtek.

   Fantastic service from Rob at Swimtek Pools today. Was getting stressed about a couple of issues with an indoor pool, namely the pump and sand filter which had stopped working and also cloudy pool water following a clean. Didn’t know what to do so phoned Rob this morning and left a message. Not only did he return my call soon afterwards but spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me this afternoon after which not only is the pump and sand filter now working properly, I also now have a detailed plan to clear the cloudy pool water. Extremely knowledgeable and explained things in a way even I (as a non pool expert) could understand. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Rob.

   I moved to Norfolk recently and the house had a pool. I have never looked after a pool before, and I did not know what to do. Rob has been very helpful in showing me what to do, whether it be how to clean it, keep it warm, use the filters, skimmer socks and chemicals, and generally turn it from an opaque pit of algae into a crystal clear pool! He has replaced the pump that had died. His advice is spot on, I am very glad to have met him :-D

   There is no one on this earth like Rob. Unbelievable service from the first idea of getting a pool to completion he has been my rock. I experienced difficulties with builders which he sorted out too. I can not say enough words about this man- 100% supportive is an understatement. From small petty queries to mega decision making, he supports you and never makes you feel foolish. I have never had customer service like it.

   We would highly recommend Rob for any pool maintenance services, he's been incredible! We moved into our home around 7 months ago, we have an indoor pool but had no previous experience on how to clean or maintain it, we were over quoted by a few big companies who were trying to charge us an extortionate amount just for a call out / clean! I found Rob on Google and I'm SO glad I did, he offers a highly professional service, his knowledge and passion really shines through and he offered us continued support which has been really helpful.    As a new swimming pool owner Rob and Michelle at Swimtek pools Norfolk were highly recommended to me. I have to say that they have been absolutely superb in all respects.Rob is a really great guy and nothing has been too much trouble for him. He is very knowledgeable and was happy to pass on his wealth of knowledge to a pool novice. All costs and material supplied at great prices too. Having Rob at the end of the phone at anytime giving helpful advice is worth its weight in gold. Fantastic service without the corporate high prices. I cant praise them highly enough.
