   Ordered a bulk bag of sand via website Monday evening. Got a call Tuesday saying that it could be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no sign, a quick call to find out what had happened and was told that the logistics manager probably moved it to another day. I was promised delivery 1st thing the following morning ( Thursday). 10:30 the next day still no sign so a further call was made to be told that the lorry had a defect. I cancelled the order and went somewhere else, refund returned successfully. My one star is not for the lorry defect or the poor logistics ( those things happen) but is purely based on the complete lack of communication and customer support.

   Staff helpful but why do you keep sending me either old or seconds goods. Spoke to the manager about this he assured me this would not happen again. Have emailed him to report this but does not even have the courtesy to respond now even with photos of my last delivery just old seconds products yet again. I have a option we do have another merchant in the town.
