   We are absolutely delighted with our new hot tub. Very informative sales advice by Maxine at Notcutts Norwich and brilliant after sales support. Pre installation advice was clear and assisted in the smooth installation of our hot tub. Very quick turn around from order to delivery and installation. The installation team were excellent and provided all the necessary instructions. We found the water care guide sent prior to installation has been invaluable for maintenance info. Absolutely fantastic product and highly recommend Hotspring World

   What a breath of fresh air Maxine at Norwich is. Very enthusiastic and welcoming. We had been undecided about how we would get a solid hot tub into our garden and had been using a blow up one only in the summer, which we wanted to be able to use one all year round. Maxine was very knowledgeable about her products and said there is nearly always a way to get them in and offered to come round and see after she closed that evening to assess. Thankfully no crane needed thanks to our neighbour. Arrived this week and it's great. delivery was done by two very pleasant men, very efficient installation and with extreme care to my neighbours flowerbeds. Wished we had taken the plunge years ago.

Maxine’s knowledge of hot tubs and care of them has helped us so much and has answered all our questions and given so much advice. The guys who installed the hot tub were brilliant and so polite and helpful. Can’t recommend any more highly.

   Dealing with Maxime was easy and hassle free. Hot tub is great and once you get used to it, maintaining the chemical balance is easy. Of course, now the UK weather has hit record highs, its too hot in the tub! Simple solution was to wind down the temperature which works fine. Looking forward (strangely) to the cooler weather when we can crank it back up.

   I have myeloma (a blood cancer) which causes a lot of bone pain. I had been thinking about a hot tub for a while and my consultant thought it would be a good idea. We then visited Hotspring World and was met by a amazing lady called Maxine. She helped us so much to make the right decision. We chose a model but then there was difficulties with delivery due to covid. It kept getting delayed and in the meantime Maxine let us use the show model in the show room. We then thought about a completely different model and why we were there she made some phone calls. Maxine managed to find this model in this country and it was delivered within days. The fellas who delivered and set it up were very good. We know that Maxine is available on the other end of the phone if we need her. She has made our journey the best experience. We have now had it for 2 weeks and I love it……

   17 months down the line and we are very happy with our Hotspring Hot Tub - upgraded from a cheaper inflatable hot tub and not looked back. Maxine was really helpful, no pressure sales, was able to search and find us the ideal hot tub - not trying to sell us extra stuff we didn’t need. The customer service was second to none - quick to reply to queries - went out of her way to get our tub delivered in the thick of COVID as restrictions were first eased.
