I’ve been getting my nails done at Jarrolds since 2018 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Keeley is phenomenal at what she does, so kind (and patient whilst I decide on a colour!). Her attention to detail is second to none- incredible nails every time. Couldn’t recommend Jarrolds Spa more!

I had my first ever manicure with gel nails today, which was given to me as part of a birthday present from my daughter Catherine. Emily, a very sweet , friendly girl did a really professional and excellent job on my nails from prep to finish. I was so pleased and can't believe how good my nails look now, compared to before. Hidden Gem! My first pedicure in the below stairs spa! Rebecca did a great job and was so warm and friendly. Incredibly good value for money too. Lovely calm ambience and away from the hustle and bustle above. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
Couldn't add another review so had to update my last one. Saw Annie for a 30 minute back massage Saturday 30th and it was just incredible! She worked my tensions so throughly and eased stiffness. By the far the best massage therapist I have ever used! Previous review: New lilac chrome nails today! 5 star service as always from Jourdann.

I always have and request Maisy for when I want to book in for a manicure at the NailspA, she’s always so friendly and a joy to be around. All the staff at the NailspA and the retreat are wonderful and this is a huge credit to the management team!

I just wanted to say that I paid for both my son and daughter-in-law to have full body massages as a birthday treat. Both their experiences were amazing and my son was so impressed with the knowledge his therapist had when she was concentrating on an old knee injury of his. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is wanting an hour of sheer bliss and relaxation!
Had a great experience with jourdann having my hands gel manicure and feet . She was very accommodating and helped give me ideas what would be great for my holiday , it was very relaxing would recommended
