   I’ve had E&M microneedling at this clinic and my experience has been excellent so far. From the moment you walk in, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Nurse Rebecca is amazing, she’s extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The treatment itself has gone really well. It’s been pain-free with no downtime; I’ve only had mild redness for a couple of hours afterward. I’m already impressed with the experience and I’m looking forward to seeing the full results after a few more sessions. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering any skin and aesthetic treatments.

   My experience with nurse Rebecca was excellent. She was warm, gentle, and highly professional throughout my sebaceous hyperplasia treatment. She was attentive to my comfort throughout the procedure, checking in regularly to make sure I was doing well. Her product recommendations and skincare advice were thoughtful and effective. I also really appreciate how the clinic follows up through WhatsApp to see how I’m doing after the treatment — it shows how much they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!

   Lois at Face & Brow Cosmetics is amazing! I've had several treatments with her, including brow lamination, lash lifts and facials, and every experience has been fantastic. She’s incredibly professional, gentle and pays great attention to detail — my brows and lashes always look flawless and natural, and my skin has never felt better after her facials. Lois really takes the time to understand what you want and makes you feel relaxed and well-looked-after throughout every appointment.    I was super nervous but Lauren was lovely and friendly at put me at ease. So nice I have booked to go back. Would highly recommend I have since been back for my first laser treatment and am so pleased. I can’t wait to have my second treatment and have asked my husband for vouchers for Christmas so I can see what else they offer. The best thing about this clinic is it’s very relaxed. I am normally quite anxious going to places like this but just didn’t feel that at all.

   I've been having laser hair removal here and my experience has been wonderful! All of the staff have been so kind and friendly and have done their best to make me comfortable. Lauren especially has been amazingly considerate and really made me feel at ease. This is a trans friendly space so if you're a transfem looking for laser treatments in Norwich I highly recommend.

   I had my skin consultation at the Norwich Skin and Body Clinic with a lovely lady called Lauren. She went through everything with me and followed it all up with a really helpful email, so that I could refer back to everything we discussed. The place had a really nice, calm and relaxed atmosphere and I'm excited to have my first facial with them in a few weeks! :)
