I simply wanted to buy a white t-shirt. The shop assistant showed where they were located. Then requested my email address to check to see if I had any vouchers available. Fortunately I had a £10 voucher available which went towards my t-shirt. I was very happy with my purchase...!
Can't believe the negative reviews on here? Went yesterday with my husband and was attended to promptly by a smiley assistant. He found exactly what he was looking for so the whole experience was great. Would gladly go back to store.
Abysmal customer service. Do not buy from here they DO NOT take returns! The staff actually seem bored and disinterested. Under no circumstances do they ever take a return back. They just give you an email address. You have been warned. Waste of £100!
Just had a lovely visit to Levi’s Norwich store. Was looked after by a lovely lady, she had reddish hair and said she was fairly new (she was wearing a striped jersey, dark wash jeans and docs.) Nothing was too much trouble and she knew her stuff; also felt like no pressure to purchase (although I did.) Thank you
If you’re looking to buy a new Levi’s, this shop is for you. Friendly helpful staff. They give you good advice about the type of jeans and the sizes that should fit you best.
Lots of choice in sizes that are popular, less popular colours may not always be stocked. Without the Levi card it's full price. Staff are helpful and will advise if asked. Free Jean shortening service available on their products.
Lovely store, Levi is always great and the changing rooms are really nice! Staff always really helpful in finding right sizes for me and recommending which style looks best! Love their Disney range as well in there, and great sales!
