Absolutely fantastic. Popped in today for some new work clothes and was looked after by a chap named Alfie. He went above and beyond what I was expecting having never been to a shop like this before. All staff were friendly and attentive - would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning
Went in on Saturday and was greeted by Harry - he was great from the off. Listened to what I was looking for and advised where needed. He was very patient as i must have tried on 5/6 different suits. He really is a great help and asset to Slaters Norwich! Simon has built a great team in Norwich! Best place around! 10/10 recommendations to anyone!
I visited yesterday to buy a suit for my upcoming wedding. I received absolutely excellent service from the knowledgeable staff who were quick to help. They also provided a colouring activity and crayons for my young daughter whilst I tried on some different suits which I felt was a really nice touch. Overall, an excellent customer experience and somewhere I’ll definitely come back to in the future.
Fantastic! These days they cater for the man of 'noble carriage' (ie on the larger side). The range of suits is brilliant and caters for all budgets. As I'm retired I can only afford the cheaper end....but the are still great. All alterations are beautifully executed and included in the price. The staff could not be nicer: knowledgeable, helpful w/o pressuring and unfailingly polite. An excellent business. I have no connection with this business whatsoever apart from the fact that I've just recently purchased two three-piece suits in close succession.
I got a beautiful dinner suit today from Slaters,Norwich and the service from Elliott was amazing and he knew exactly what would suit me (excuse the pun!) and worked within my budget. Very helpful staff also friendly and knowledgeable. I went to buy a suit but had no idea what size I was or anything just a vague idea of colour. The salesman who helped me (was called Jason)was absolutely amazing! He set me up with a lovely suit and shirt, shoes etc. to go with it. Very professional and friendly service, I would definitely recommend.
Been here for all my suits for the last 2 years and what can I say? Slaters Norwich has never disappointed me. Shout out to the 2 staff members who have dealt with me on 2 separate occasions in the summer and a day a go, Harry had helped me both times. He’s phenomenal with people, a charmer and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted when I thought it wasn’t in my price range or style wasn’t right. He made sure I literally got what I wanted, stylistically and price wise somehow as I am very, very picky with fits etc. it’s always a pleasure to come in and have general chit with chat with him too. He’s a real credit to the team, Harriet too, very personable and bubbly, with her honest opinions and hospitality. They were both absolutely fantastic.
