“Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. I have a bowel disease and desperately needed to use a toilet, they very kindly let me use the staff toilet the young assistant was so kind. Thankyou so much to that member of staff. I have been refused many times in other stores.”

My partner and I visited this shop this morning, and were greeted by the manager, very welcomingly, he then had the politeness to hand us over to our sales assistant Grace, who by my estimation is a fine exponent of the whole customer satisfaction experience bar none. What was made it so incredibly special was her attention to detail, using her palmtop to check stock, she managed to find three pairs of suitable shoes for me. I was made to feel so welcome, by all associated at this shop, and I will return in the future forthwith that is a guarantee.”

“What a most helpful assistant I had last Wednesday, when asking about purchasing some footwear, although did not have the size in stock was informed that they could do free delivery and would order them for me. Even when asking for my details and the mobile crashed the young lady perceivered and finally put the otder through on the til, nothing was too much trouble and they duly arrived on Saturday, what excellent service and much praise for that young lady.”

“The shoe size required was not available - but instead of the usual response of a shrug of the shoulders and on to the next customer - what a refreshing change. With a brilliant smile and and happy manner declared "Not a problem let me see if I can get it in for you". Result shoes ordered and paid mfor. Text message received on the promised day to say they had arrived - and in plenty of time to allow us time to get into town to collect that same day. Great service which some more prestidgous stores should try to copy. WELL DONE!!”

“We came for shoe measurements and school shoes the 21st Aug, Wed 2024. I lost the little card to give feedback but I wanted to say the service we had was amazing! We got stuck in traffic coming across the bridge so rang up to say I was going to be late, the lady who answered the phone (Zoe maybe) was so kind and lovely and said don't worry we will be here when you get here and you won't miss your appointment. We did arrive on time, thankfully. Zoe welcomed us and was chatty and helpful. We were seen by Trinity and she was so good with the kids (i have 3) we were happy with the service and shoes. Highly recommend and amazing staff! Well done Clarkes!”

“Really nice, clean store with super helpful staff. One member of staff noticed I was a bit lost and came over to offer help without me even asking. She pointed me to the seafood section so I could buy mussels – wish I’d caught her name as she really went above and beyond. The food is always great quality. I picked up some sourdough bread too, which was lovely. Highly recommend this store.”

“Large Primark Store, large Supply of different clothing products and accessories.Tills are located towards the right of the Store and there is usually a lengthy queue. Cheap, affordable clothing and there is a little something for everyone’s price range. Nice Beauty selection with different products for your face including skincare which are Primark own brand. Stay friendly. Highly Recommend coming here on your shopping spree around Norwich :)”

“Very polite and good service from the lady at the shop today. She was very helpful and provided advise on the shoe sizes. Though i told her it don't need to try all the sizes as i haven't made up my mind and just wanted to see how it looks on me. She said it is ok and proceeded to bring sizes and colors for me to try. Unfortunately, i didn't purchase anything as I haven't made up my mind. All in all, a very good store and no pressure.”
