   Good selection of clothing etc here... but its a shame about the staff. The level of rudeness here is amazing. Queued to pay for my bits, three members of staff just carried on chatting behind the counter completely ignoring me. The one man serving, once he finished with his customer, shut up his till and proceeded to ignore me and started speaking to his colleagues. It was only when I put my bits down and proceeded to walk out that the young woman shouted at us that he was just reopening a new till and we could pay now. Am afraid I ignored her as she had ignored me until I walked out. Not a store I will be going back too as it seems they don't like actually serving their customers...

   I usually visit the Norwich Primark as it’s my local store once every two months. and I have to say how disappointing the men’s section is now honestly I could not believe how awful the selection of men’s clothing was. Last time I visited they had the whole of level 2 of men’s clothing now it’s home and men’s. I have been to other Primark stores around the UK and the men’s section is amazing but the Norwich store is rubbish. Last time I visited there was two female member of staffs on the tills and they was talking to each other moaning in front of customers about how awful the job was and they don’t get a break as short staffed. I was really glad to get out and don’t think I would visit only to get my children some clothes but men’s I will go elsewhere.

   Visited Primark around 11:30 today and got served by (I think) Nicole — she was pretty rude, didn’t smile or say much, just looked miserable the whole time. Not a great experience. Also, can’t believe how high the prices are now for the same low-quality fast fashion. Definitely not worth it anymore.

   Large Primark Store, large Supply of different clothing products and accessories.Tills are located towards the right of the Store and there is usually a lengthy queue. Cheap, affordable clothing and there is a little something for everyone’s price range. Nice Beauty selection with different products for your face including skincare which are Primark own brand. Stay friendly. Highly Recommend coming here on your shopping spree around Norwich :)

   I'm sure it's a useful shop for seasonal clothing, however I prefer some quality in my clothes. My husband loves the men's clothes and always buy his t shirts there, good value for money.

   Went here for some 'late night' Christmas shopping. Plenty of people, but not overly busy. Friendly helpful staff, and enough of them to be able to find. Found what I was after, and not too long a wait in line to pay. All of that said, I know this place can get very busy at times.

   Very busy for a Monday afternoon but got through the tills quick. Felt for the first time that the clothing was poor quality. Jumpers especially. Looks like it would either spread or shrink when washed. Still managed to spend a fair bit though.

   It's a Primark. They sell cheap clothes that are reasonable quality. Vast amounts of changing rooms downstairs. Staff are usually happy to help, and this branch is looking a lot less like a jumble sale than it used to.

   Not a big fan of Primark. I only popped in as I had to buy a Christmas jumper for my son. The place is huge and all on 3 levels. If you're not a fan of crowds etc. Then I'd avoid like the plague.

   Great store with plenty of choice. The prices are unbeatable in my opinion for every day clothes. My only issue is in the men's department they have 10 changing rooms, but 7 of them are for women . This results in some large queues bearing in mind the are also women's changing rooms downstairs in the women's department.
