Great looked in store which was well played out and good selection didn't see any i liked in colour is liked so ordered online next day delivery super comfy and look great
I would just like to say that Ben made my shopping experience there very pleasant. Excellent customer service skills, helpful & freindly. I bought 2 pairs of trainers. Good quality. This was end of day, but l wasn't rushed.
What a most helpful assistant I had last Wednesday, when asking about purchasing some footwear, although did not have the size in stock was informed that they could do free delivery and would order them for me. Even when asking for my details and the mobile crashed the young lady perceivered and finally put the otder through on the til, nothing was too much trouble and they duly arrived on Saturday, what excellent service and much praise for that young lady.
I brought a pair of skechers and had them sprayed in store witch cost more . I wore them for like half an hour and they broke. when I sent my older children back down to exchange them the refused as they had been worn I then phone the store up and ask why they won't exchange them the lady was very snotty on the phone and said tell them to bring them back and I will look at them. I sent them back in and the lady was snotty with them but did exchange them for a different pair as they dint have any more of the 1s I bought

Nice shop, well set out.Good choices of everything in most sizes.On the shelves in boxes to try on, you don't have to wait for them unless they have to bring more of your size.
Shop clean though the only thing I found stopping me giving 5* was how high some of the shoes were on display. I had other customers asking me to get shoes down for them.
This shop is amazing, the staff are very helpful and attentive. They have brand named items here which is really helpful as my sketchers were quite cheap compared to the actual shop.
