   I bought a pair of boots that turned out to have a faulty zip and was promised by a manager an exchange, I live two hours drive away from this store and had to return home to collect the shoes I bought online. I came back TWO DAYS later and a different manager told me that because I had bought them a while ago (despite the boots being in almost unworn condition) I wasn’t entitled to an exchange because they were ‘no longer under warranty’ despite being faulty and barely worn. Needless to say I drove another two hours for them to say there was ‘nothing that they could do’ after previously being told I could exchange the faulty shoes. Almost cried in the shop, now I’ve got a pair of £200 boots that I can’t wear!!!
