I went in to Lowestoft shoe zone today and honestly had a lovely lovely experience that made my day and restored my faith in humanity. Tina and Kevin went above and beyond for me today and I give them 10 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visited the lowestoft store recently and was incredibly disappointed by the customer service. I came in to get some shoes for an upcoming wedding. They didn't have the correct size in mens shoe so asked the assistant if they had it in a larger size. An older assistant rudely shouted 'NO WE DONT'. The younger assistant was helpful and checked the stock and it showed there were 2 pairs in the correct size so she went to look. Unfortunately she couldn't find them so I had to purchase in the smaller size. On purchase I showed my student card as it said I can claim student discount in store and yet again the older employee rudely said 'WE DONT ACCEPT STUDENT DISCOUNT HERE' despite the student discount app saying I could. Once the purchase was completed I asked if I could have the hangers that the shoes came on as they are a gift and was told no as the hangers dont belong to the store. Really felt like I was let down again and again on what was a singular visit. Will not be returning which is a shame as I work in the town and the shop is almost always empty - now I know why. The younger sales assistant was very helpful and polite but the older assistants are very rude and seem as though they really dont enjoy their job at all.
Both the staff in this shop deserve a mention as they were so very helpful this morning. We are up here on holiday and you couldn't have been nicer. Thank you, you are stars. ❤️
Staff always friendly, I have bought several items here, shoes/sandals, slippers and boots never had problem with any of the items they lasted years. Most things were of an average price that you can buy in most high street shops.

Went into shoe zone in Lowestoft on the 22/9 at about 12pm and was rudely insulted by the older woman staff member who was working behind the till, basically said I looked pregnant and then when she realised my baby was already born she went oh it must be the afterbirth. I was not impressed and I suffer from anxiety so it ruined my day and has made me even more self conscious. Terrible customer service. I used to love shoezone but thanks to her I won't be returning.
