I went to get my suit for my upcoming graduation recently, and a lovely and helpful member staff Isabelle helped me find the perfect suit that fits me perfectly
It's a good store and has what you need and there is free parking here unlike Canterbury or Dover store which I also like going too. The clothes are good value and Next have adapted well to the changing high street. Clothes are too value orientated now. Bring back the original Next which made good quality British and Italian clothing.
Today I visited the Thanet store with my husband to buy a suit . We were assisted by Lydia whom could not have been more helpful ! She was well informed on the products and more than willing to listen to our requirements ! Can't thank her enough .!
So went here today, staff not helpful, no stock to see as all online. Ask to see a lamp and says sorry cannot open the box. Appear non customer focused how they got a job I don't know not helpful at all
Men clothes shopping - huge range, very expensive, apart from jeans which were an odd fit. Did not buy anything.
Great quality clothing! Yes it's a bit more expensive than some stores but you get what you pay for and it generally lasts! Staff were friendly.

Love this shop do not mind paying extra for quality and clothing that washes well and keeps it's shape. Always go to the Boxing Day Sales , usually arrive around 5.10 am . Do not mind waiting around in the cold until doors open at 6 am. Great bargains for all ages everyone is polite to each other , while searching along the racks of clothing. Staff are great !!!. My first visit to this store since lockdown . Very impressed with way store is laid out to Covid rules so hygienic and a lot of thought has gone to keeping us the customers extremely safe . Must admit so far Next has gone above and beyond in keeping staff and customers safe . Proud to be one of their loyal customers straight in and out this morning . Thank you very much a enjoyable visit today no panic buying
